For instance, if your item was delivered on December 1st, the return window will close on December 8th. Kindly note, requests for returns due to "change of mind" will not be processed.

To expedite the process, please provide a detailed description along with photos or videos showing the defect. Based on our assessment, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any applicable taxes.
Refunds are processed once the returned product passes our inspection. Refunds will be credited within 7 days using the original payment method. Please note, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your financial institution’s processing times.
If any item(s) is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Once we confirm the missing items, we will either send the missing items to you or process a refund.
