A: You can pay through cash on delivery (COD), Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay credit/debit cards and EasyPaisa.
A: Delivery charges are Rs.150 nationwide, though if your purchased items value exceed Rs.2499 then you will be offered free shipping.
A: Yes, we do offer the option for cash on delivery. However, for orders exceeding 10,000 rupees, we may require an advance payment of 50% of the total order amount. This measure is in place to facilitate a smooth delivery process and ensure a successful transaction for both parties involved.
A: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you with your request.

A: We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that you meet the conditions outlined on our Returns & Refunds page.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your return. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
A: You can request a return by calling our customer service line at 0330-2273333. A rider will collect your package within seven business days after you request a return. Based on your request, you will receive cashback, or a bank transfer. Cashbacks and bank transfers may take 3 to 4 business days to process.
